Max Butler – Co-President

maxMax Butler is a 5th year medical student with an interest in academic surgery. With a previous degree in architecture he is eager to promote inter-disciplinary research. He is also working on promoting student work through new social media accounts and the CUSCRS/INSPIRE conference.

 

Marius Posa – Co-President

Sometimes focused on how science, philosophy and technology interact in the neurosciences. Otherwise, eclectic interests and some experience with global health, languages and marathons. Nol Swaddiwudhipong – Secretary

Nol is a fifth year medical student who has worked on several research projects. He is especially interested in research across the fields of Neurology and Neuroscience. As secretary of CUSCRS, he hopes to help expand the range and accessibility of research opportunities for the wider student population. ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

 

Abdulrahman Al-Mohammad – Treasurer

Abdul is a fifth year student who has completed a lab research project in the US and a clinical trial biomarker project as part of fourth year SSC. As treasurer, he hopes to compile a list of summer studentships available to Cambridge students across the country, and to make clearer what they’ll need to do to secure a summer research project.

 

Emmanuel Tasos – INSPIRE Conference coordinator

Emmanuel is a 5th year medic at Churchill who is passionate about all aspects of clinical research, having been involved in 4 different projects over the course of his studies (all at various stages towards publication). He believes INSPIRE is a wonderful opportunity for medical students to present their research and hopes to expand the event to include students outside of Cambridge, as well as help make research more accessible to pre-clinical and clinical students.
